Turbine flow meter

        As a low cost solution Asre Engineering make Turbine Flow Meter is designed to measure flow of water, oil, diesel or suitable liquid for SS media. These are flow meters. Mechanical energy of the fluid is used by Turbine flow meters to rotate a “pinwheel” (rotor) in the flow stream. To transform energy from the flow stream into rotational energy blades are angled. The shaft of the rotor spins on bearings. Rotor movement is directly proportional to the speed or movement of liquid. When fluid movement is less or slow rotor spin less and rotor spins faster when fluid moves faster.

       Movement of blade is detected magnetically. Each embedded piece of metal or each blade generate a pulse. More pulses are generated when fluid moves faster. The transmitter accept pulse/frequency input signal. And processes the pulse signal to determine the flow of the fluid. These turbine meters are very reliable. They are also accurate employing the latest technology. To assure quality performance they undergo stringent tests.
